• Includes pre-review of your medical records and case details

• Summary Report is provided of the discussion, with option to forward to your treating Oncologist

• Monthly 30min video visits reviewing/discussing any new interim events/questions x 12 months

• Updated reports to your treating Oncologist, if appropriate, after follow-up visits
