Introductory Educational Consult

• One time 30 minute video consult (or telephone per patient preference)

• Includes time during the visit to ask basic and general questions about your diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment options of your cancer, without reviewing your actual records

• After completion, if desired, you may continue with future consults for 30-60 minute visits per request going forward (includes time to review your actual health records) at $600/hr
