Option 2 Consultation Package
($750 1 time consult, then $600/hr):

• Includes pre-review of your medical records and case details

• 40 minute video consult (or telephone per patient preference)

• Summary Report is provided of the discussion, with option to forward to your treating Oncologist

​

• May continue for $600 per hour per request going forward (includes time to review new records)

​​

• The $750 charge can be applied to other packages (#3 or #4) if desired after the initial consult
